When I called to ask for the right room they told me that they didn't have any more available but I could upgrade to a suite for another 100.00 bucks. The room I had reserved had a hide a bed the room we got didn't.
NOT THE ONE I THOUGHT I had reserved but a room. But myself, my son, and a friend finally got the room. I went to check in and the woman behind the desk was way more interested in talking to her friend on the phone. So after on extremely hard week a mini break was due. I live fairly close to Northern Quest but I have always just wanted to stay there. I have finally let enough time and space get me away from a VERY disappointing experience.
